One of my sports agency clients asked about how they wished render times were 100x faster. I was on the team for 2d stadium ribbon animations so I didn't know there were issues on the other 3d project I wasn't a part of. I brought up the use of Unreal Engine and how it could really speed up 3D animation production, turning days of rendering into less than an hour. That weekend I recorded a short demo on how it generally works in the pipeline steps it takes to get results. I sent it over to the agency and they were super interested and asked a few questions which I was prepared with answers. Since the current project is already underway, they said they would like to try it out on the next 3d graphics package project that comes in and have me involved. Yay! I get more work!
